Last night David and I attended the Grand National Rodeo at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. It was a lot of fun to do something country after living in the city for six months now.
It was Cattleman's night and we got to see a few extra things that aren't normally in a rodeo. There was a quarter horse show, chuck wagon races and a cattle herding demonstration with these two little doggies named Smary and Hub. There was even a concert after the rodeo, and we watched Montgomery Gentry perform a few songs.

Cow Palace - I just think that's a funny name! It made me laugh. Did it remind you of your fair days?
I love rodeos! They are my fav. You guys have some fun stuff to do down there!
I'm a little jealous tht you got to go to the Cow Palace. Sounds cool. How was Mongomery Gentry?
That looks like a lot of fun! It feels good to not feel like you're in the city all the time, doesn't it? Every weekend Tyler wants to drive to the mountains to get away, so we usually do! :)
I have to admit that I am more jealous of you living by the ocean, than you going to a rodeo, even though it looks like loads of fun! Are you having a blast being by the water and having the warm climate?? I'll subdue my jealousy and go play with Halle and Cole in the kiddie pool...the closest thing we have to the ocean at the moment!
My girls would love to go to a rodeo!! It looks like fun! I have a friend from here that is moving down to San Fran at the end of this month so maybe you'll run into her!(: Either that or i will come visit and see you both!
Hey whats your blog name so I can add you onto my list?
