Beard Papa's is this bakery chain that sells only cream puffs and eclairs. I had my first taste last week when I tried a chocolate cream puff. Since then I have convinced David's family how yummy they are, and tonight his mom bought enough for everyone. Lucky Me! They bake the shells in the store and it smells so good enough to make your tummy ache. The shells are filled after you place your order so the bread isn't soggy by the time you eat it. I wish you could all try it.Wait! If you ever come to visit me, I'll be sure to have some at my house or I'll take you out to try your very own beard papa cream puff or eclair!

If we're ever in San Francisco, we'll take you up on the offer - Ben loves eclairs! The best cream puffs I've ever had come frozen from Costco, fresh is probably much better.
